Today we will discuss about Fiverr’s newly introduced feature ‘Brief & Match’. fiverr get briefs is a new feature by Fiverr for amazing buyer service. Brief & Match provides a far superior service in terms of the seller you’re matched with, and the service quality provided
If you are a seller, you will notice that ‘Gigs’ page will have a new feature of ‘Get briefs (Set a rate)’.
‘Get briefs’ feature is very useful for both fiverr buyers & sellers.
Basically, it is much more flexible and useful for buyers ! Like a buyer request, a buyer can now send a Brief.
After login, a buyer can post a job as a Brief. It may contain job title, description, industry, related images, sample work, budget, deadline and much more!
Unlike buyer request, the Brief will be sent to highly talented & skilled freelancers.
As a talented freelancer, you will be matched for the job & get a notification from Fiverr!
how we can get benefit from fiverr get briefs
So if I go to the official documentation of fiver article of fiver what fiber is Saying that;
Read here : Fiverr Brief & Match: Finding you sellers
It will allow the buyer to finding the best seller for them okay so when a buyer creates a account you get a button
Just like that create a brief and after that he gets a option just like thatsome boxes where he should put general
Firstly introduce yourself and your business
Describe what you are looking for so he should ask what he is looking for if you’re looking for a website etc or
Not what industry he is in if he is in digital marketing or somewhere else what
What if you are looking for a logo design you will you have to describe the category from here then buyer will just give some budget and date in how many days he wanted this and what is his budget once you have set your brief you can expect to get customer from seller to your inbox
Okay So What Will Happen If Someone The Brief Matches With Your Details
The fiver algorithm thing so that you are matching with the clients uh details like clients on two day delivery with 10 dollar budget for something like that then you will get a notification I am not sure but you will get a notification then you can just like buy a request you can send the client an offer but this is not a buyer request remember that
buyer request is accessible to everyone but this will not be accessible to everyone fiver will decide whom to send those brief this is what fiber is explaining or saying so what you can do
if you go to your briefs you can set a price for it like what is your minimum rate I suggest to go between $8 to $35 according to the category
i hope this article helps if that helps please do smash that like button and let me know what do you think about this new feature in comment section below

Writing a brief can seem daunting, but it’s really just about gathering information and putting it into a template, like the ones below.
- Start with an overview of the background of the company, brand, the product, and where it falls in its category.
- Talk about the desired objectives and anticipated challenges.
- Describe the campagin’s target audience.
- Outline the core message and call to action.
- Explain the tone of the project.
- Walk through the timeline.
- Outline the budget.
- Review the competition.
- Explain the media strategy, including the marketing guidelines and marketing materials; if needed, include the image requirements.
- Finish with contact information.
Benefits of Creative Briefs On Fiverr
A brief keeps the message on brand, and provides a broad vision of the business, the brand, and the product. A creative brief also explains the context and the product or service category. In addition, they provide the following benefits and value:
- Provide outside parties with a quick overview of the project.
- Reduce conflict between the client and the agency’s creative team by aligning expectations.
- Outline the criteria for success.
- Answer common questions and provide assumptions.
- Reduce scope creep and wasted time, and promote accountability by stating the parameters at the beginning of the project.
I have no idea of what you need done but there are a few “must have” items for an effective RFP.
1. As much info as you can share about the project.
An example: if you need a website written, providers need to know the THEME of the your product / service. If you’re selling a diet fad vs. a specialized employment agency this needs to be stated. Different providers respond to RFPs that interest them and they know they can bring value to.
2. If possible, include the number of pages you think are needed for the website. It is fine to link to a template you like and/or to a current website you want to update, emulate the format of, etc.
3. Estimated length and breathe of the project.
Examples: If a buyer wants a book edited, providers need to know content theme, number of words in the manuscript, and, if possible, what type of editing is required. If the latter point seems confusing, the best work around is “this is the first edit” or “this is the final review and edit before putting the book on Amazon.”
4. Graphics – from logos to icons to illustrations > artists need the same info as writers, editors, and translators.
5. Website design and build – back to #1 in my list. If you are wanting to set up an ecommerce site, you need a shopping cart and assorted backend tools that a marketing/branding only site doesn’t require.
6. Pricing and delivery date: If you are unsure about pricing – say so. Plug in a number to keep the system happy but write in your RFP that the $ is a placeholder only.
Providers will submit an estimate of cost based on info you’ve provided. Professional providers – the only kind you want – will include wording to the effect of “my quote is an estimate. Should you want to discuss your project, I will submit a binding quote upon a more thorough discussion of your exact needs.”
